Job description
As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you provide and coordinate care for patients with urgent and critical needs in a fast-paced Level IV trauma setting. You use the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and clinical judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while monitoring patients in a 17-bed unit. You collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to promote safety, clear communication, and a positive patient and family experience.
