Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Emergency Room team. In this leadership role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and support best practices in emergency nursing. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, supporting patient flow and throughput, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promoting safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
