Job description
TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse who assumes responsibility for a group of patients per shift. The RN will prescribe nursing care based on the nursing process and the medical plan of care, incorporating input from patients and families.
Collaboration with physicians and the health care team is essential to coordinate care across adult to geriatric patients. Teaching and discharge planning are included in the overall plan of care.
