Job description
Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
Supports a safe, healing environment and ensures effective communication across care settings.
Qualifications & Skills
RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
