About This Role
The Emergency Room RN will provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing clinical judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in emergency settings.

What You'll Do
Perform accurate multi-system assessments, including biophysical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
Identify deviations from normal on routine lab diagnostic tests and reassess patients throughout hospitalization.
Develop an individual nursing plan of care sensitive to the developmental needs of the patient.
Coordinate patient care activities and discharge planning with other departments and community agencies.
Initiate appropriate measures based on protocol for managing medical and/or surgical patients.
Correctly carry out the physician's plan of care and accurately document in the EMR.
Utilize a multidisciplinary approach when appropriate and perform all necessary procedures correctly.
Evaluate assessment methods, plan of care, and patients' responses to treatment.
Participate in unit quality assurance activities.
Requirements
Education: Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience: Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Oregon
