Job description
Doctors Hospital of Augusta seeks an Emergency Room Throughput Coordinator RN to optimize patient flow in our busy ED. In this role, you will coordinate bed placement, support triage and disposition decisions, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary teams to reduce wait times and improve patient experience. You’ll monitor throughput metrics, escalate delays, and provide clinical support within RN scope.
