Security And Emergency Services Officer IIJoin our team at Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living, a gated retirement community. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our Security and Emergency Services programs and providing outreach within the community. We currently are offering Full-Time Day shift (6a-6p), Night shift (6p-6a) and On-Call shifts.What We Offer:A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belongingMedical, dental and vision packagesPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours401k with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centersDiscounts on food and drinks at on-site dining venuesGrowth opportunitiesHow You Will Make An Impact:Perform regular patrols of the propertyProvide relief staffing for the gatehouseRespond to emergency and routine calls for serviceEnforce traffic and parking regulationsRespond to calls for service from dispatch and securityRespond to medical emergencies and provide efficient careFollow up on reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, and other potential criminal activityUtilize local police, fire, and EMS during emergenciesComplete thorough and detailed incident reportsWhat You Will Need:At least 18 years oldValid driver's licensePrior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferredProactive, vigilant and detail-oriented approachesCurrent CPR for Healthcare Providers certificationCurrent Emergency Medical Responder certificationSchedule: This position is full-time, overnight 6:00pm-6:00am with a biweekly rotating schedule.Compensation: commensurate with experience, $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.Highland Springs is a beautiful 89-acre continuing care retirement community in North Dallas, Texas.
