Mercy House in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Site Lead for the Emergency Shelter Program to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and coordinate client services. The role involves crisis intervention, staff support, volunteer coordination, and ensuring a safe, client-centered environment.
