Job description
Delta Landing, a 172-room emergency shelter program within Contra Costa Health Services and Heluna Health, seeks a dedicated staff member to provide supervision and support to adult residents, ensuring access to housing, meals, and essential services.
You will conduct intake, monitor safety, maintain HMIS records, coordinate with staff and community partners, and help sustain a respectful, safe living environment across multiple shifts.
