EMERGENCY TELEPSYCHIATRIST (OVERNIGHTS, HYBRID)
Northwell Health – Manhattan, New York
Northwell Health Behavioral Health Service Line is seeking full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrists to join the team at our Emergency Telepsychiatry Program in Manhattan, New York for an overnight position. Unique Opportunity.
Work 12-hr shifts at a state-of-the-art academic 24/7 Emergency Telepsychiatry Program
Provide consults to 17 EDs, fully supported by dedicated social work and logistical staff
Position is overnights, with opportunity to work percentage of shifts from home eachmonth
6 shifts/month for benefits and PTO package
Compensation starts at $330,000 for 12 shifts/month, $165,000 for 6 shifts/month
Academic appointment, teaching, and leadership opportunities
Requirements:
Position is full-time overnights (12-hr shifts)
Position is Manhattan office-based with opportunity to work percentage of shifts from home each month
Must be BC/BE and licensed in NYS
Superior computer and EHR skills
Must be able to assess patients of all ages
