Job description
VEG is seeking a Clinical Staff Manager to lead the hospital's support staff, uphold high patient care standards, and embody the VEG way of operating. You will collaborate with local leadership to implement VEG-wide initiatives and build strong cross‑department relationships.
In this role you will mentor technicians, drive onboarding and training, resolve shift conflicts, promote inclusivity, and pursue continuous process improvements in a fast-paced veterinary ER setting.
