Job description
Ethos Veterinary Health invites veterinarians to join the Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program in San Antonio, TX, a 6-month training designed to prepare graduates for a sustainable emergency medicine career. The program emphasizes a competency-based curriculum, mentorship, and a transition into ER roles after training.
Participants will rotate through ER and other specialties, work 13 shifts per month, have two didactic days monthly, and receive ongoing mentorship with no on-call obligations.
