Ethos Veterinary Health, part of the NVA Group, seeks veterinarians for our ER Immerse Training Program at Animal Emergency Hospital in Bel Air, MD. This 6-9 month mentorship trains in emergency medicine with a focus on patient care, teamwork, and professional development.

Participants receive hands-on surgical and diagnostic training, mentorship, and a pathway into ER roles. The program emphasizes communication, life/work balance, and ongoing learning with world-class support.
