Emergency Veterinarian- SW Florida- Sign-On Bonus up to 75k
Southwest Florida Veterinary Specialists (SWFLVS) is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing specialty and emergency team. About Us
SWFLVS is a multi-specialty and emergency hospital serving Bonita Springs, Naples, and the surrounding communities. We’re passionate about providing the highest standard of medicine through teamwork and cutting‑edge technology.
Our well‑equipped facility includes:
On‑site CT and endoscopy
Fluoroscopy, ultrasound, digital radiology, and a full in‑house laboratory
I‑131 treatment ward and telemetry
Skilled, experienced technical team providing top‑tier support
We’re home to a Cardiology service , a Cardiology Resident , and an active Veterinary Internship Program , fostering a strong academic and collaborative environment. We’re also excited to now have an on‑call Surgeon available —so ER doctors are not required to perform surgery , though collaboration with specialty services is encouraged and seamless.

What We’re Looking For
DVM/VMD (or equivalent) and eligibility for Florida licensure
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Emergency or specialty experience preferred
New graduates and internship‑trained doctors are encouraged to apply — structured mentorship available
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
