Job description
Southshore ABA is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a small, hands-on team through a paid mentorship opportunity. You will work with adults with developmental disabilities in group homes and day programs, starting part-time or full-time with potential leadership growth.
You’ll gain training in the Florida Medicaid Waiver system, manage adult caseloads under expert mentorship, and advance toward Associate BCBA or Associate Partner tracks as you demonstrate skill mastery.
