The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders. Responsibilities
Represent innovative companies and investment funds on business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated nationwide matters.
Qualifications
At least four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm.
Stellar academic credentials and references.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Quantitative and Excel skills.
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Compensation
Compensation range: $310,000 to $420,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
