Journeys is seeking a District Sales Manager in Training to supervise retail store locations within the Niagara Falls district. You will develop essential skills and work to grow the district through hands-on leadership and sales excellence.
Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, loss prevention, and ensuring policy implementation across stores. Travel within the district and a focus on driving profitability are required.
