Job description
Gaston County Schools seeks a Trainee Cafeteria Manager to learn the oversight of school cafeteria operations, covering food production, safety, inventory, and program administration. The role rotates among schools to understand variations in age groups and kitchen operations.
During training, you will assist in staff supervision, sanitation, and meal preparation while developing leadership and teamwork skills for eventual full management responsibilities.
