CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future CVS Store Managers. The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on learning to shape your leadership skills under a dedicated support team including a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach.
SMITs are expected to actively engage with leaders, assist in management duties, and uphold CVS values while pursuing promotion within the local market.
