Job description
The State of Vermont’s Office of Child Support is seeking an OCS Contact Center Specialist to deliver information accurately over the phone while multitasking across multiple computer systems and documenting cases.
This role advises custodial parents on procedures to secure or enforce orders, informs non-custodial parents of payment obligations, assists employers with wage withholding and medical support instructions, and trains new staff as needed.
