Job description
Crossroads-Home-Health-and-Hospice is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Marin County team. The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinating with physicians and therapists to implement individualized care plans and support families.
Qualified candidates will hold a CA RN license with at least one year of Home Health experience and CPR certification.
