Job description
Humana Inc., CenterWell Home Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one, in-home care. You will develop and implement individualized care plans with physicians, administer medications, perform assessments, and monitor progress to help patients regain independence in their homes.
This full‑time role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, med-surg/ICU/ER experience, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
