Job description
USI Insurance Services in Pennsylvania seeks an Outside Employee Benefits sales professional to drive new business, retain clients and grow existing revenue. You will manage client relationships, explain USI’s competitive advantages, and collaborate with account management to deliver tailored benefits solutions.
The role requires at least 3 years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage, a Life and Health license, and strong knowledge of Employee Benefits.
