Job description
EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Director for the Employee Benefits Group to lead and advance our EB tax practice. You will serve as the senior technical authority on 409A, 83(b), and 457 plan design and compliance, advising clients on compensation structures and tax reporting across middle-market and PE-backed firms.
You will mentor staff, manage key client relationships, and drive practice development while ensuring adherence to ERISA and payroll tax requirements.
