Job description
tastytrade, based in Chicago, is seeking a People Experience Partner to own the design, delivery, and improvement of employee experience programs across the lifecycle. This role leads employee listening and turns survey results into actionable insights with leaders, blending program management with HRBP collaboration.
You will build dashboards, collaborate across HRBPs, and drive onboarding, development, and succession planning initiatives while managing the annual engagement budget.
