Job description
The RealReal, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager, Employee Experience to own end-to-end event concepts, company-wide communications, and visual activations across corporate, retail, and operations.
You will craft engaging newsletters, design assets, and drive cross-functional storytelling with executive partners. Seeking 4–6+ years in employee experience or internal communications, with strong writing, design and project-management skills.
