Job description
Teamshares is seeking a President/CEO for a Palm Springs restaurant network. You will own strategy, operations, and P&L across two locations, leading a team of employee-owners to drive profitability and growth.
You will partner with Teamshares and shareholders to transition to employee ownership, while delivering strong leadership, financial discipline, and guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
