Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant in Arden Hills, MN. The hybrid role requires in-office presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The consultant conducts investigations, advises on employment practices and policies, and supports compliance training and audits to reduce risks.

Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR and 3+ years in employee relations with strong knowledge of employment law and case management.
