Job description
Purvis Industries in Dallas, TX is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to foster a compliant, high-performing work environment. You will advise managers and employees on workplace issues, conduct investigations, and guide performance management and corrective actions.
You will supervise two HR Generalists, ensure consistent application of policies, and partner with Operations and Safety to uphold OSHA and MSHA standards while protecting confidential employee information.
