Job description
Robinhood is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to support day-to-day ER operations and maintain a fair, compliant workplace. This role is ideal for someone early in HR who wants to learn the foundations of employee relations and contribute across multiple areas.
The position is based in Chicago, IL and Westlake, TX with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. You will work with cross-functional partners and HR systems to ensure rigorous ER practices and governance.
