The University of North Carolina seeks an Employee Relations Consultant to manage day-to-day employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary support. You will counsel managers, draft investigations, and help shape a fair, compliant workplace culture.

Based in Charlotte, NC, this hybrid role includes collaboration with HR teams, caseload management, and reporting—with telework options after probation and ongoing HR policy guidance, training, and performance-based approvals.
