Job description
CyberCoders is seeking an Employment Attorney to join our litigation team in California. You will represent employees in employment disputes, provide preventative counseling, manage the full litigation lifecycle, and ensure excellent client service.
The role handles investigations, depositions, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, and, when necessary, trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. JD and CA bar admission are required, with 3+ years of employment-law experience.
