Employee Services Supervisor
The Employee Services Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the employee services department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to employees. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a team of employee service representatives and provide exceptional support to employees across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of employee service representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee transactions, including benefits enrollment, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.
Resolve employee inquiries and issues related to employee services, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of employee services operations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of employee services with company operations.
Monitor and analyze employee service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance employee services offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or employee services management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
