Hospice is holistic care and support for people who have been given a physician prognosis of six months or less to live. Because a person's last moments are so important, we focus not only on comfort, but also creating unique, joyful memories. Emmanuel Hospice provides care wherever our patients and families call home.
It's our calling to make every moment meaningful for patients and their families. Our team of doctors, nurses, social workers, hospice aides, spiritual caregivers, dietitians, pharmacists, grief support specialists and volunteers work as a team, rallying around individual needs to care for the mind, body and spirit.
