Job description

Due to growth, they have an immediate need for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years practicing employment law.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited top law school.
3+ years of wage and hour matters experience.
Experience with PAGA representative action
A stable professional background with minimal movement on your resume.
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Can independently manage cases from inception to final approval or trial.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $200,000 - Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
