Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Employment Compliance Associate Manager to oversee workplace investigations and respond to EEOC and other agency matters. You will manage intake, triage, and risk assessment, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare summaries for HR, Compliance, and Legal leadership.
You will coordinate with internal and external counsel, apply employment laws, and drive improvement across HR processes while supporting regulatory audits and enterprise-wide compliance
