Job description
SR Staffing seeks two Employment Litigation Attorneys to join their Chicago team. The role focuses on defending employment litigation with a base salary range of $185,000 to $225,000 plus bonuses; annual billable target is 1,850 hours.
Qualified candidates have 3–10 years' experience with defense against discrimination claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, IHRA, IWA, and similar claims, as well as wage-and-hour and class actions under FLSA, IMWL, IWPCA, and BIPA.
