About the Role We're seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to help individuals identify career goals, find competitive employment, and succeed in the workplace.
What You'll Do Support individuals in identifying career interests and strengths
Assist with job search, placement, and onboarding
Teach job tasks and workplace skills
Provide on-site job coaching and support
Build relationships with employers
Gradually fade supports as independence increases
Pay & Schedule $18.50 to $20.00/hour , based on experience
Bonus potential up to $16,000 annually
35 hours/week
Minimum 25 billable hours/week
