Women In Need (Win) seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support families in Transitional Housing programs in New York. You will conduct assessments, develop ILPs, connect clients to benefits, and collaborate with partners to help families achieve housing stability.
A bachelor's degree in social work or related field with relevant experience is required; strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.
