Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care in the Las Vegas area. You will assess, plan and administer prescribed PT to help patients regain function and independence, working with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating with physicians and care teams, and mentoring PTAs and home health aides to ensure high-quality care.
