Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time or per diem role performing home health visits in Senior Living communities across Delaware County, PA. The PT will service adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis and join a multidisciplinary team that supports home-based rehabilitative care.
