Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-home care team. You will administer prescribed PT plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, work in patients' homes, and help improve mobility and independence for geriatric patients.
Requirements include active Physical Therapy license, valid driver's license and automobile insurance, CPR certification, and ability to collaborate with a healthcare team. One year of PTA experience is preferred.
