Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Lumberton, NC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support home-based therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will administer the treatment plan in patients' homes and help improve mobility and independence with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
You will document records, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in educational sessions while following infection control and safety guidelines.
