Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients at home under a Physical Therapist's plan, helping them regain strength and independence.
You will administer therapy and perform therapeutic exercises, document progress, and participate in team education. A valid PT license, CPR, and a driving record are required to deliver in-home care in the community.
