Job description
CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality home health care in a patient-centered environment. You will lead care in the patient’s home, develop and adjust care plans, and educate families to support recovery.
This role emphasizes one-on-one patient focus, ongoing learning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A valid RN license, CPR/BLS, and driving are required, with at least one year of home health experience preferred.
