Job description
Humana Inc. through CenterWell Home Health invites a Registered Nurse to provide personalized, one-on-one home health care.
You will administer medications, perform wound care, and assess patients in their homes, developing individualized care plans with clinicians to support recovery and independence. You will educate patients and families, monitor conditions, document care, and coordinate with the medical team while supervising Home Health Aides.
