Job description
Vibra Rehab Hospital in San Bernardino, CA, a 60‑bed rehab facility, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join the team. You will provide and direct OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation under physician orders.
We offer a fast-paced, friendly environment where you know your patients and their families. The ideal candidate holds an OT degree (BS or MS), is NBCOT registered and licensed, with BLS certification; one year of experience preferred.
