Job description
The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct, person-centered care for individuals with disabilities in a home setting. The role supports daily living activities, helps clients gain independence, and fosters a respectful, engaging home environment.
Schedule is Thurs–Sat 2pm–10pm in Santee, CA. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant experience; CA driver’s license and clean driving record are needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
