The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in a home setting in Chula Vista, CA. The role includes supporting daily activities and fostering independence in a compassionate team environment.
Schedule is Sun-Wed 2p-10p with pay ranging from $20.00 to $20.65 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant experience, plus a valid CA driver’s license and insurance.
