Job description
Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for the Victor, NY store. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set direction, and coach staff to deliver personalized customer experiences that reflect Soma’s welcoming culture.
You’ll handle opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while promoting brand priorities. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
